Beuvron-en-Auge is one of the villages selected for the communication campaign of the Region and Normandy Tourism and enjoys national visibility.

A national campaign

For the third consecutive year, a major communication campaign to relaunch tourist activity in Normandy is being carried out by the Region and Normandy Tourism.

Named “La Base”, this campaign positions Normandy as a welcoming region, in its time, in keeping with a return to basics and soft tourism. It takes the side of promoting unusual destinations, and places not necessarily known in the region and improving tourist flows in the territory.

The target customers are:

  • The immediate neighbors of Normandy (Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Pays de la Loire) to spend weekends and/or holidays (short or long stay),
  • The Normans so that they (re)discover their region.

La first phase of the campaign took place last spring. Beuvron-en-Auge had the opportunity to take advantage of a great presentation with a visual that gave pride of place to the cover of the Beatles' “Abbey Road” disc. A situation that inspires the joy of living as a family in a typically Norman setting.

La second phase of the campaign summer special kicked off at the end of May with TV spots and social media campaigns, including TikTok ads.

Groundwork

For each communication campaign, the teams of the tourist office transmit to Normandy Tourism et Calvados Attractiveness suggestions for activities, places, service providers. This work makes it possible to regularly highlight our territory and our partners on the communication media of these promotional organizations. However, this is the first time that one of the flagships of our territory has been selected for a national campaign.

We are therefore delighted with this national focus on Beuvron-en-Auge which we are sure will attract new visitors.
