Villa Marlilou is a typical Anglo-Norman style family house, completely renovated in a “Seaside Holiday” spirit. Restful and soothing, it can accommodate up to 10 people and is located in a quiet street along the cycle path, 300 m from the beach and the shopping street.
It consists on the ground floor of an entrance with coat rack, shoe rack, cupboard with washing machine, dryer and iron. The living room opens onto a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The 2 bedrooms have a shower room with separate WC, large cupboards and a connected TV.
Upstairs, enjoy the loggia and the 180° view where you can read, relax, play board games while enjoying the beautiful light. The 3 bedrooms each have an advantage: one has a loggia, the second has a sunny terrace and the third is quiet and has a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and a bathtub, separate WC.
For families, all baby equipment is provided.
A pretty wooded garden will welcome you, not overlooked, in a quiet area with a beautiful terrace, large barbecue, 2 bikes will be at your disposal. An electric car charging station is at your disposal.
