The Villa of Time Regained is an innovative museum space with prestigious collections on loan from the greatest institutions.
Thanks to Marcel Proust, a real guide, discover the epic of the Belle Époque through a journey into the daily life of this fascinating and fertile period which corresponds to the golden age of Cabourg and the Côte Fleurie.
Brought to perpetually transform according to the hangings, the exhibition spaces immerse visitors in a scenographic journey combining visual, sound, musical, digital and olfactory atmospheres which invite the public to explore an era that is both distant and close. A unique museum format in France!
The Villa du Temps Recovered also hosts, each year, a temporary exhibition on a more popular theme linked to the Belle Époque. In 2024, the Villa is honoring the exhibition “Jules Verne, father of science fiction”.
The Villa also offers a wide range of mediation and a rich cultural program: guided tours, thematic tours, children's workshops, concerts, conferences, etc.
