It is composed of a living/dining room offering a view of the sea, with sofa, television and DVD player, a kitchen with new equipment open to the living room, a shower room with washing machine/dryer -linen, separate toilets and 2 bedrooms with a view of the Dives estuary: one with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed) and the other with 1 double bed and a loggia which can be used as an office. Storage cupboards available.
A balcony-terrace with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy good times lulled by the sound of the waves.
Non-smoking rental. Pets not allowed. Parking garage in the basement. Rental of sheets possible, at an additional cost.
Entry, exit, cleaning, linen rental and assistance with the concierge at the bottom of the building.
Rental Conditions
Rental all year round, 3 nights minimum. One week minimum during school holidays.
A rental contract is established between the 2 parties to confirm the reservation. A certificate of home insurance of the tenant with extension on his rentals is requested. Deposit check of 500€ returned after the exit inventory if no damage is noted.
