Founded in 1957 in the former restaurant of the Hôtel du Casino by Jean Guillou, the eponymous bar "Chez Guillou" is a Cabourg institution.
The specialty of the place: cocktails with expressive colors and comical compositions, whose names are in the image of its creator. We find there the Quéquette, the White lady, the Dream of the maiden or even the Sunset. 25 different cocktails, to which Jean-Marc, the master of the place since 1996, has added his own recipes.
The 50s decor, unchanged since its creation, makes the place an authentic and friendly bar.
Always made in the traditional way in the cellar of the bar out of sight, thus preserving the secret of the mixtures, the cocktails of Chez Guillou arrive at your home thanks to the take-out sale from 11 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and every day on Zone C holidays.
