Astrid and Vincent Gautier are cider producers and Norman cow breeders located on the Cider Route. On a farm located on 41 hectares of permanent meadows including 10 hectares of tall orchards, they transform 20 varieties of apples and pears entirely grown and transformed on site into 100% pure juice organic products: Apple juice, Ciders (Extra-brut, Brut, semi-dry AOP Pays d'Auge), Calvados, Pommeau, Poiré, cider vinegar, pear and apple liqueurs. Fermentation with native yeasts, natural foam (non-carbonated) and no addition of sulphites.
Guided tours of the farm with free tasting (duration: 1 hour) are organized:
From April 15 to June 30: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 11:30 a.m.
From July 1 to September 15: every day at 11:30 a.m. and 17:30 p.m. except Sunday
Out of season by appointment (minimum 8 people)
