New: your wine merchant now produces its own spirits and liqueurs in its artisanal distillery, the Distillerie Balbec located in Moult near Caen. The latter opens its doors to you to unlock the secrets of making its artisanal liqueurs and spirits. Discover in particular the stages of manufacturing limoncello made from organic lemons from a small producer in Terracina, an Italian town twinned with Cabourg.
