Already a producer of organic milk, the Montavigny family farm is expanding by offering a cheese factory with the production of a Pont l'Évêque farmer AOP with raw milk from 60 Normandy cows fed only on grass and hay. You can buy this cheese as well as other products from local producers in the sales chalet.
