Within the Village d'art Guillaume le Conquérant, a former coaching inn converted into an inn at the end of the XNUMXth century, our office in Dives-sur-Mer is worth a look!
The interior and exterior decorations were added at the end of the XNUMXth century by Léon le Rémois, owner of the inn and mayor of the town. The coats of arms of William the Conqueror's companions and a copy of part of the Bayeux Tapestry are painted on the walls.
The office also houses exceptional stained glass windows from the 8th century: the XNUMX Musician Angels, providing a better knowledge of the instruments of the time.
