Déborah and Mickael welcome you to their peaceful house which can accommodate 8 to 14 people. Villa la Lisière is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Located 200 meters from the beach and along the cycle path, its location is perfect for taking lovely walks and enjoying the sea.
On an enclosed plot of 1100m2 with a breathtaking view of the marshes, this completely renovated house offers you beautiful volumes and modern decoration.
On the ground floor, you enter a large living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. The dining room is located in a loggia and has high ceilings. The hallway leads to two double bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet as well as a laundry room. A few small steps lead to a landing room where the staircase is located.
Upstairs, a very large room has 2 pull-out beds, a billiard table, a relaxation area, a desk equipped with a computer screen (perfect for teleworking) and a television. You will find another shower room with toilet. And finally, a last large bedroom with 1 double bed and two 80cm beds.
The little extras of the Villa? Plenty of storage space, a pétanque court and a billiards table to share good times.
Rental possible for 3 nights on public holiday weekends and during major events if it is not during school holidays.
