The fully equipped open kitchen and the living room with TV, Internet Box and Wii console, offer the possibility of making good fires in the fireplace. The set overlooks a large private terrace, very pleasant in summer because it is sunny all day. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, heated parasol, parasols, deckchairs and beach beds.
On the 1st floor, a landing serves the 1st bedroom (with 2 single beds 80x200), the bathroom with WC and equipped with a washer-dryer and a towel dryer. On the 2nd floor, the landing serves the 2nd bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and the 3rd bedroom (1 bed 160x200) which is equipped with a second television.
Labeled Family Plus, the house provides tenants with a baby kit free of charge including: an umbrella bed, a baby mattress, a baby bath, a door barrier, plastic tableware, a booster seat-table chair for lunch, and a cane stroller. In the shed, beach games, scooters, balloons, kites and boogie boards will delight young and old alike.
The beach is 200 m away, as well as the mini-golf. The small fishing port of Dives sur Mer is 200 m at the end of the street. You can park your vehicle for free in front of the house. The land is completely closed. Ideal family with young children.
