On the ground floor of the Le Capricorne residence, it can accommodate up to 7 people. It is composed of an entrance leading to a bedroom with 90 single beds (possibility of combining the 2 beds in one, adapted bed linen) and a shower room with washing machine, a living room with dining area and lounge area with sea view, a separate fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm bed) facing the sea, a closed cabin with bunk beds and 1 trundle bed and a bathroom. Wi-Fi on site.
The terrace and the garden on the seafront give direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade and the beach. Garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal.
A parking space is reserved for you in a box in the basement.
Linen rental on request, at an additional cost, including sheets, towels, tea towels.
