In the heart of the historic center of Dives-sur-mer and 1km from the beaches of Cabourg and its Grand Hotel, the outbuilding "Le Loft" is a real character cottage within the grounds of the property of the Demeure de Manneville built in 1870.
Of approximately 50m2, the outbuilding is composed on the ground floor of a cathedral living room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilets and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed.
Upstairs, a mezzanine offers 3 beds: 1 double bed of 140cm and 1 single bed of 90cm.
Completely independent with its private access to the outside and its private terrace, the LOFT is ideal for a stay with friends or family.
Access to the facilities located in the main house (gym, wellness area 1 hour package included per night reserved and games room) is offered as part of the rental. Access is via an outside door from the garden. The household linen (sheets and towels) are included as well as the wifi.
