Located just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the city center, L'ancre Marine is ideal for accommodating a large family. Completely renovated recently, this quiet house in a gated residence will offer you all the comfort you dream of to enjoy your vacation with complete peace of mind.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room which opens onto the garden and has a sofa bed perfect for children or teenagers. A shower room with WC and towel dryer and a storage space, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A garage space allows you to store bicycles and has a washing machine and an additional fridge with freezer compartment.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with 140 beds as well as a bathroom with WC and heated towel rail.
On the 2nd floor is the children's room with 90 bunk beds, plenty of storage, toys as well as a small water point and an office area.
To enjoy the outdoors (200m2), garden furniture and a small electric barbecue with plancha are provided.
Small dogs are accepted but only on the ground floor. 2 parking spaces are available within the residence. The house being on 3 different levels, you have to be careful with young children.
