In a covered and heated pool, Samuel and his team welcome children for learning and improvement swimming lessons.
Work on balance, floating, immersion, synchronization of movements or learning to swim (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke, butterfly), these are the techniques taught by state-certified instructors. In order to give you the best advice on your child's learning, Varafrogs offers, on Monday and Friday at 16:30 p.m., a 20-minute session to test his level.
The little ones also have their space to familiarize themselves with water thanks to the aquatic garden accessible every day at 17:15 p.m., from 3 years old.
Adults are not left out with aquagym sessions in the pool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 18 p.m., and long-coast outings on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
