After a few minutes of warming up, head to the seaside to discover different aquatic disciplines!
Depending on the weather conditions, the lifeguard supervises, during a group lesson, children from 9 to 15 years old who wish to learn or improve their skills in swimming or in the practice of paddle, body board, kayak, rescue... or simply have fun through collective games.
